Position Your Villa on Page ONE
Make it easy for your potential clients to find YOUR vacation villa and/or properties on the Internet by taking advantage of the new "Internet Keyword" feature.
Anybody who just types the name of a destination and the word "villas" (e.g. "bali villas") into the address field of the new web browsers will be sent automatically to the villa listing page for that area. For a moderate annual fee you can now ensure that YOUR villa (or property for sale) appears on this page.
You can list your villa only on the page covering your specific area; however, if there is a separate listing page for a country or a group of islands it is possible to have your property listed on two pages (example: Phuket + Thailand, Maui + Hawaii) and enjoy a 20% discount.
You have the following choices:
Basic Listing: For just US$110 per year you can have an active link to your web site with up to six words. Example:
Basic Listing are positioned after all Extended Listings.
Extended Listing: For US$230 per year you will have an active link to your web site with a description of your villa (up to 40 words). Sample listing:
Magnificent Beach Front Estate, 5 bedrooms Very spacious luxury villa, 5 guest suites, 200 yards beach frontage, 5 acres tropical garden, large swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, billiard lounge, 20 full-time staff including an excellent cook. The best villa in Bali. |
Extended Listings are placed on top of the list before all Basic Listings. As villas are listed in order of registrations received (within their category), send in your registration TODAY!
We will charge US$110 for Basic Listings and US$230 for Extended Listings for the period of one year. If you register your villa in two different domains you'll enjoy a discount of 20%.
